I was getting to be a bloated buffoon and there was nothing I could do conveniently. Even just sitting around was so uncomfortable because of that paunch of mine that poured out in all directions. I could not wear my belts and my pants and I could not run five steps for the life of me. I knew this was going to lead me to complete devastation.

My doctor told me to do something. But when I asked him what, he put me on a diet. I was quite happy to be on a diet for about two weeks. But then, when I saw my paunch staying put where it was even after the diet, I gave up on the doctor.

And I am sure I can work for much longer hours and just yesterday, I ran a mile too. This was impossible to even think of two weeks ago. Just two weeks!
